The Offender's Learning Journey outlines the elements of a good quality service in the sequence an offender will experience them.

Two related documents set out the requirements and expectations that the Offenders’ Learning and Skills Unit of the Department for Education and Skills, the Learning and Skills Council, the Prison Service and the Probation Service (together, in future, the National Offender Management Service, NOMS) have of learning and skills provision for offenders.
