How to use this resource

Use the online resource to follow your own pathway of discovery starting with one of the following:

1. The key themes

   Choose one of the four themes and read through the case studies to find out about a wide range of initiatives and improvements.

2. The Common Inspection Framework

   Select Common Inspection Framework to see case studies in line with specific questions from the revised Common Inspection Framework (CIF).

3. The Offender's Learning Journey

   Select Offender's Learning Journey to see case studies in line with specific elements of either the Adult or Juvenile Offender's Learning Journey

4. Index of case studies

   Select Index of case studies to see an alphabetical list of all the case studies with summaries and chose those that are of most interest to you.

5. Search by type of institution

   Once in a case study page, click on the institution/ organisation type in the "Institution Details" box on the top right, to find case studies from similar institution/ organisation types.

6. Vocational Skills Learning for Offenders in the Community
