In order to empower your workforce to reach their full potential, staff at all levels need a solid range of tools, for them to adapt and use to optimise their own performance in their roles and beyond. Such tools can help raise confidence and productivity as well as help prioritise work and instil greater efficiency.
The Leadership and Management unit at LSN is offering a whole range of solution-focused training and coaching to all levels of staff in any organisation. Solution focused approaches works by focusing on what is needed and what works and quickly finds ways to move forward rather than get held back by what does not. Benefits are immediate, sustainable and outweigh the time spent doing them.

A Programme to suit your needs:
We currently offer 4 main programmes, all of which can be tailored to the content you need, whether this is for managers to informally coach their staff in quick 5 minute conversations, individuals to develop more specialised coaching skills they can use in formal coaching conversations or for organisations to gain insight into innovative approaches to partnership working.
Micro Tools - everyday tools for managers and leaders
Simple and quick questioning techniques, initially developed by Michael Hjerth (2007) that can be revisited at any point to help managers and leaders make best use of their time.
