Workbase Learning in Northern Ireland
This research, commission by LLUK to conduct a comprehensive survey of the WBL sector workforce in Northern Ireland. This was in response to earlier research undertaken in order to feed in to development of LLUK’s SSA that had identified gaps in workforce data.
The research provided a quantitative data profile of the Northern Ireland WBL workforce; an understand the gaps in the workforce data. In addition it provided LLUK with baseline data to allow future trend analysis on the development of WBL sector in Northern Ireland.
Research comprised a quantitative survey of WBL employers who provided aggregated returns on all their organisational employees involved in work relating to WBL including tutoring, assessment and learner support.
