Summary: The aim of this Resources Review is to give an overview of documents and websites which are likely to be of use when Further Education (FE) colleges and Local Education Authorities (LEAs) are looking at how their provision and practice needs to be developed in light of the Disability Discrimination Act Part 4. It also looks at the duties of work-based learning providers under the DDA and lists additional resources which are specifically targeted at work-based learning providers. It is not intended to be a comprehensive review, but does attempt to refer to key documents, give a brief summary of how they might be useful and identify where they might be obtained.
