16-18 Unit Costs
The Learning & Skills Council have commissioned research into three key issues in respect of cost drivers amongst the 16-18 group; the balance between full-time and part-time participation, a better understanding of the ways in which 'entitlement and enrichment' funding is used, whether or not all qualifications are delivering added value for learners and the impact of increased participation of those learners not currently in education or training
LSN is working in collaboration with SQW Ltd and Mick Fletcher, an independent education policy consultant to deliver this project by the end of July 2008.
Time scale: April 2008 - July 2008
The final report will be presented to LSC at the end of July 2008.
