About Professional Development

The ambitions and objectives of the Professional Development team at LSN are far reaching.

Our ultimate aim is to ensure improvement in teaching and learning in any of the sectors we work with. We have successfully delivered programmes, for example the Subject Learning Coaches Programme which have significantly helped providers improve the quality of Teaching and Learning in and professional development in their organisations.

The LSN believes that learners are entitled to the best teaching and learning that an organisation can provide. We want to drive change in the sector forward over the coming year, to offer to the sector high grade quality programmes funded by government agencies complemented by new LSN developed programme based on sector needs.
