This new service follows the s4s Improvement Programme that LSN delivered for 3 years. sYs maintains the focus on self improvement and good practice but has also developed a wider remit that now encompasses all aspects of the demand led system, especially the challenges around employer responsiveness.
sYs arranges tailored consultancy and events on a range of topics that providers have identified as being priority areas of development. sYs can also provide you with interim management staff to ensure your organisation runs smoothly during transitional times.
